I started my career in medical device sales, built and scaled multiple startups, and even led membership strategy for global brands like Playboy, where I learned the true value of building a community that lasts. Over the years, I’ve helped raise millions for founders, advised startups through growth hurdles, and saw far too many fail not because of weak ideas, but because they lacked the right advisors, operators, and capital alignment. That’s why I co-created Health Board Advisors to give founders what they actually need: a membership-based ecosystem that connects them with vetted investors, mission-aligned board advisors, and a team that doesn’t just advise, but stays to build.

I got burned out and sidelined after a decade in medicine, and I saw the same thing happening to my peers. Those brilliant clinicians are being left out of the very innovations we’re expected to adopt. That’s what pushed me to pivot into executive leadership, rebuild teams from the inside out across 12 hospital systems, and speak publicly about why clinicians must lead, not follow. I’m building Health Board Advisors as the system we’ve all been missing. One where clinicians aren’t just advisors or end-users, but co-architects, investors, and board leaders driving real impact.

For decades, I’ve witnessed and supported family, friends, and clients as the healthcare system traumatized, abused, and neglected both patients and practitioners. A system intended for healing failed time and time again. I want to support the clinicians and founders who have come out on the other side, ready to stop at nothing to end this cycle of abuse and offer solutions that alleviate human suffering all over the planet. I’m co-creating Health Board Advisors to gather and empower change-makers in their missions, structure high-performance teams that deliver, and align founder-investor matches that make the distance of global impact.
